VCHENNYA — is a team of experts aimed not only at teaching but also at creating a sustainable ecosystem for the development of civil society organizations (CSOs), improving the growth of Ukrainian organizations, and empowering youth, women (especially those with internally displaced person status), and veterans to build their own capacity and organizational development. We strive to strengthen sustainable relationships within CSOs by fostering the potential for self-organization and informal education.

History of Creation:

The NGO «Vchennya» was established in 2021 by experts in the non-profit sector.

It brought together professionals from various fields to provide economic, legal, and psychological education for citizens, which includes the creation of relevant and modern development programs, methodological recommendations, and courses for members of organizations and individuals participating in national and international social projects.

After the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine, the «Vchennya» team actively began offering consulting assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs) and the organizations that support them, focusing on ensuring humanitarian aid for the populations most in need.

Our specialists continuously collaborate with various civil society organizations (CSOs), providing consultations and support on issues related to financial sustainability, reporting, and procurement.

Since the Organization’s Inception:

• Over 20 training sessions have been conducted on financial management, budgeting, and procurement for NGOs.
• The authorial practical training course «Financial Management for Nonprofits» has been launched.
• More than 300 participants have completed the training.
• A large-scale 3-day offline workshop has been held.
